Help Troubled Teens at our Christian Boarding School
Following are job descriptions for the positions we are looking to fill. As you know, Crosswinds and Caribbean Mountain Academy were established to restore hurting teens and families to wholeness through the power of Christ. We’re doing this through a three-pronged approach:
Family – We are working with the family as a whole, not just the parent or child in crisis.
Focus – We help families bring focus to where they are and where they want to be. We then help them create a plan to ge there and achieve those goals.
Faith – God isn’t just an answer, He is the answer to the struggles families are facing. While we’re addressing tangible needs like therapy and education, without the hope of Christ, any progress made is temporary at best.
As you consider Crosswinds and what we’re about, we welcome you to submit an application to join our team.
